Buyers, if we deliver a poor product or treat you terribly, please, by all means leave us a 1, 2, or 3 star review. But if your unhappiness with our product is due to your own choice in size, we don't deserve to be punished with a negative review. We cannot say enough how incredibly damaging unearned low star reviews are for small businesses.
