I was very impressed very fast response. Not to mention I was in a hurry to get a bouquet because the last vendor told me last minute she was unable to make it for me I was in a panic. However 2ndhandstardust pulled thru with no hesitation. Gave me updates and reassured me it was going to get done. I received the bouquet and it was exactly what I wanted was not disappointed.
