I need to start off by saying how absolutely beautiful my bouquet is and no one can believe they are wood. I am obsessed. Second, I cannot say anymore great things about the shop owner. My package was never delivered and I reached out to see if she had any update. She called the post office two days to see if they had any idea what was going on. When they told her they didn't the second day, she redyed the flowers, made a whole other bouquet, and had it shipped within a couple of days and I had it shortly after. I cannot say enough great things about this shop and her products.
