We sent the following message to the buyer: 'Hi, Chelsey. I'm having a hard time understanding your review. You ordered our smallest size, a 5' toss, which is what you received. You also did not pay $72, your total was $48. I created and delivered the item you chose. Can you please help me understand why you felt I deserved a one star review because of your choice in size and misremembering how much you paid?' We received no response. Buyers need to take responsibility for the items they purchase. Negative reviews based on a buyer's disappointment in themselves for the size they chose, as well as flat out lies about what they paid, are incredibly harmful to small businesses. We're people, we fully feel the repercussions of every unearned negative review.
