We reached out to buyer asking what was different in the item she ordered versus what she was expecting and received no answer. We have to assume that this is, again, someone who ordered a toss bouquet expecting an extra large bouquet. We cannot make our listings any more clearer. There are size reference pictures, there are full measurements in each item description, and each bouquet that is purchased must be selected from a 'Select Diameter' drop down menu that then lists the size names and their measurements in inches. These low reviews greatly damage our small business. We fulfill our responsibilities by creating and providing the items you choose. We should not be punished for a buyer's refusal to take responsibility for their choice in purchase.
