All plants are hand picked from the greenhouse for the best size, coloring, variegation, etc, and are grower's choice unless noted.

Processing time for live plants is 2-6 days. Plants ship out on Mondays via UPS to lessen travel time in plant jail. Carefully unwrap your plant baby from its corrugated cardboard wrap before removing bottom plastic wrap, tape, and polyfill.

Please remember that plants are not *meant* to travel in boxes and may not look their absolute best upon arrival. Allow them to acclimate to their new environment, which includes a change in light, humidity, and temperature. Pictures must be sent within 4 hours of posted delivery time to info@secondhand_stardust.com if your plant arrives horribly mangled or deaddead. A replacement or refund will be issued (less shipping) if your plant is deemed beyond saving.
