Política de envio

Current processing time is posted on the home page banner. This is the MINIMUM amount of time needed to process your order. Shipping with USPS typically takes 7 to 10 days. If items are needed prior to the current processing time plus shipping time, DO NOT place an order unless given approval for a rush order by contacting us prior to ordering. Orders are shipped near your given event date to minimize the chance of you damaging your items and lessen the time needed to store your items. 

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. Seller cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged by an outside party, or stolen goods.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide their correct shipping address.

Packages refused, or returned due to insufficient address are considered forfeited. They will be held for 30 days before being resold. Buyer is responsible for contacting seller before the 30 days to pay for a reship of items. No refunds will be given.

We are not responsible for late deliveries by USPS if buyer's place an order less than 4 weeks from their given event date without contacting us to upgrade to Express delivery.

Proper planning is the buyer's responsibility.
